Dr. Arnett is universally regarded by students and faculty as an inspirational educator and true scholar. His ability to impart knowledge as a professor in a large classroom setting, or as a clinician at the bedside and in the medical clinic is well known. He has been recognized highly for his dedication and leadership in academic medicine, having received 22 teaching awards over his illustrious career.
